I paid in August 2020 and am still waiting for my orders to be fulfilled. I just check the NMC site to make sure it hasn’t been shut down and to see what card protectors were added to stock.

I have a preorder that was supposed to be shipped in September but hasn't yet. I'll send him an email and see what he has to say. If I get a smart response or no reply, it's straight to the Paypal Resolution Centre (I've learned my lesson once before by waiting too long).

Oh yeah, he held one of my orders hostage for almost a year last year. Ordered in January 20202 I tried to cancel it a few months after ordering it, because I realized keeping it in reserve for a Dooku TBS preorder was dumb, but he told me no that it's been too long and all the items were set aside already.

After that, I got an email in July saying that two of the items in my order were no longer available, which how if they were apparently "set aside." Replaced those items with other figures just to get it shipped out, which still took til almost November, and haven't ordered since.

I have never had a smooth experience at NMC.

Pre-orders are always late. NMC Pre-Order slogan is "give me your money, shut-up, and wait"... and wait....and wait... and if you asked any questions you will be scolded. They seem to always be last in line to get shipped.

The owner waists so much time typing in his FB NMC Group. His intention is to educate his clients on correct process to follow, but he just rants. He needs to stop his rants and focus on updating his Online Store's Pre-Order Dates.

By comparison. I pre-ordered TVC Slave 1 from New Wave Collectibles and get an email from the owner the following day thanking me. When the item was about to ship I got an email. Item arrived perfect. Awesome experience.

I sent him an email regarding an order a few days ago, so I'll wait and see his response to this. If I get any banter or excuses from him, I'm going to open a PayPal case. I had a similar situation last year with NMC regarding a preorder I placed. It was past the release date for the figure and he told me that it may still come in. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited. I ended up waiting past the 6 month mark and PayPal said I was SOL for a refund. NMC offered store credit and this is the only reason that I chose to order again from them.

On the Cybertron boards, the NMC owner would chime in once in a while to cover his butt to make him look like the victim. Let's see if he shows up here.
