25,169 / 11,000 (+6,849) 228.81% of funding goal at the end.


So Deathsaurus did really well in the final 17h adding almost 7,000 backers in that time. Great job. It actually came in 1,042 less backers than Victory Saber, but still over 25,000 backers. Nice to see such a strong finish.


Now the wait, both for Deathsaurus, and whatever the next Hsalab project will be (probably in the spring).

Just got email from Pulse that they are prepping to ship the Skystriker. Looks like it will start shipping in January.

They tacked on two micromasters to the Deathsaurus campaign. Seems silly not promoting them earlier.

I'm not that excited to receive it either. The O-Ring revival is dead at this point. Maybe the Skystriker will be the first Haslab to depreciate in value.

We need a hype unboxing vid, I guess.

Received my Skystriker today via FedEx

Not hyped to receive mine. The appeal of this Skystriker for me was the "over 200 deco ops". I'm seeing a lot of bare gray plastic in these unboxings.

Is it even possible to replicate the Skystriker's appearance on the box (or promotional render)? There's no red\white\blue wing-stripe decal included, that I see. This make me think it was meant to be factory applied, but cut for "reasons".

I think the haters called this one correctly. Vintage-toy looks can't justify a high-end collectible price. Needed to be more Razorcrest and less Zeller's clearance.


***I stand corrected, it does include the red\white\blue wing decals (on a small separate sheet, that was never advertised). Still should have been factory applied, IMO.
