Toynado a reliable store?

Turns out Toynado.ca seems to be the only Canadian website with the figure I?m looking for, but I?ve never ordered from them before and after an expensively bad experience with MNC I was hoping to get some advice about this store.

Anyone here bought from Toynado before? Safe or unsafe?
