I'm passing on Serpentor, for that Price, it's gotta be a no for me, I don't really care about his chariot, I'd rather play the long game and wait and hope we eventually get a single packed figure. The prices of things Hasbro is putting out, has made me reevaluate things, and with the track record of these con figures getting put out later without the fancy stuff I'm risking it.

SERPENTOR!!!!!!!!!!

HE IS IN THE SYSTEM.....GO, GO, GO!!!!!

He is listed under SERPENTOR so no need to have the upc.

He is $130 before edge discount.

The boo part is he let me know he is leaving for another job. NNNOOOO!!!!!! He was awesome and made getting product so easy. It is a shame he is leaving, but I am happy for him to move on to something better for him.
Which location was this? I have a couple favourite GS managers and would hate to lose any!

That said, I'm only in it for about 15 or so more core characters and I hope to break free of this abuse (my abusive relationship with SW and TF however will continue for many more years to come).
Lol, I feel you on that bro, completely! And yes it's more or less the same for me and Joes; Once they make Scrap Iron I'll have all the Cobra characters that I care to get, and I definitely don't dig every Joe character. Tfs have made nearly all the G1ers I care to get too. Marvel and Star Wars though...sigh, they too have me by the nads, lol.

Re: G.I. Joe Classified Series 6 inch discussion

I’m keeping my own classified collection pretty simple.

I’ll end up getting less than half the stuff they produce, finding stuff like the excess ninjas, Serpentor, Bats and Vipers easy passes as they have no connection to me from my childhood.

That said I‘ve got 8 Cobra Troopers, and hope to get as many officers eventually. So I?m filling out in other ways.

Yeah, I'm having mine shipped to the States. Same with Mindbender. Even then I may still cancel. Not a big Serpentor fan. Though the Air Chariot looks pretty sweet. There's no way I would have paid to have either of those two shipped to Canada. Freakin' Hasbro Pulse!

Man, Serpentor was a tough purchase to justify. I, of course, did... but boy that is pricey

The good thing is that being an exclusive, it should hold its value if you ever change your mind and want to sell it... assuming that Hasbro can keep the GI Joe brand as a favorite among the nerds.

I was surprised to see that Serpentor's ship date is December 1. Mindbender still hasn't shipped....

I have a pretty big attachment to Serpentor. A family friend of mine who was older than me when I was a kid and was a huge GI Joe collector got him via the mail way back when. Ironically I inherited his entire collection which he did an amazing job keep everything for them so it was pretty awesome.

Lots of memories of that and the modern toy is pretty sweet.
