Got mine no problem, when iit was ready for pick the manager said that I could have only one that I preordered, which was fine because I didn't mean to order two.

When I went and picked it up and cancel the other one, ot turns out most people ordered multiple so she was just telling everyone that they could only have one.

Every one seems to have gotten short shipped. I'd keep asking yours.

yeah I mean I knew this was going to be the super popular figure of this wave, I honestly expected this outcome, I guess I;ll just keep waiting, I'm friends with the people at my GS, if they get it they will let me know, I just hope they do, because that Black Suit Spidey, yeah never got that one.

In my experience, for in store pickup, they usually get a second wave. However, there are other times where I saw the item I pre-ordered on the shelf and just bought it and they were like oops.

I would imagine that there are more still coming in the initial production run that haven't been stocked yet by retailers.



However even when they finally sell out completely I imagine Scarlet Spider will get the Kingpin, Silver Surfer, Armada Optimus Prime, Siege Jetfire, etc. treatment. He is so popular that Hasbro will most likely (99.9%) release him again.
