NECA Instagram Account was taken over by actress Judith Hoag who fans remember as April O’Neil from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 Movie. During her take over, she announced that NECA will be producing a 7″ scale action figure based on the 1990 movie version of April O’Neil!
