The 3.75" one was only available on TVC cardback inside the recent Jabba's Palace set. It came with the carbonite block and Han figure. Repaint of the 2015 3.75" Black Series release.

This new one is 6" in the 40th Anniversary ESB vintage cardback sub-line. Carbonite only, no Han figure. I believe it is the same one that came with the SDCC Boba Fett way back at the start of the 6" Black Series in 2013.

I did the other day for Carbonized Boba and Stormtrooper. The Shadow Trooper seems to have sold out entirely as in store preorders wouldn’t work.

Yep. Tried 2 stores and none of them could preorder shadow trooper. Wonder why.

It went up on the website while stores were closed and sold out within a day. So likely they sold out and didn’t have plans for in store preorders at the time.
