It could also go by the IM3 route where they have the BAF Iron Monger and just have Odin or Volstagg as the BAF. There's enough characters for a 6 figure wave.

I'd be happy with just a Thor 3 ML wave as long as they don't fill it out with movie figures. 1 or 2 is fine, but I want me some comic versions. So far with Cap 2 and AS2 they have done a fairly good job of this.

It seems like Hasbro's current strategy is mixing comics figures and movie figures and you need to buy all to complete your baf.
This might change of course. I believe you can complete your baf Ultimate Green Goblin for the Amazing Spiderman 2 series but for the Captain America 2 line, they are split with a comics series with a 2nd series with the movie figures.
