Well, guess once I finish picking up all the 30th and PoC figures I can find at Retail still to complete my collection I'll be spending most of my time picking up 25th and RoC stuff I haven't gotten yet.

Certainly looks like they have no plans what-so-ever to actually have G.I.Joe sitting on shelves next to big name action figure brands like Star Wars and Marvel.

I have to ask, what the hell happened to Hasbro's G.I.Joe toyline? They had a great thing going for them in the 80's, but nowadays, coupled with all the damn Dukes and Snake-Eyes eating up valuable case assortment space we've got a toyline that literally is a pale shadow of its once great self.

Meanwhile when it comes to Transformers they've been going strong for years and don't seem to be on the verge of stopping any time soon.

It's like Hasbro could care less about having both the number one and number two selling boy's branded toylines in the world.

I guess we won't be getting anymore new Joe products between now and March 29/13. So whatever the retailers have in stock for GI Joe Retaliation will be it?

I agree, Transformers has been doing fairly well while the GI Joe team (the leadership, really) has been screwing this up so royally for years that you think they want Joe to fail. The figures we want wind up as super-expensive SDCC or collector club exclusives and the crappy movie figures don't even get any promotion to move them off the shelves so we can get back to the 30th anniversary quality stuff.
