Has anyone who ordered an SDCC exclusive received their order/ shipping confirmation yet?

I didn't order this year's figure, but I placed an order for an in stock Dark Lyn, and it still hasn't shipped after more than a month. I emailed a couple of weeks ago and they said it was 'in the warehouse to be shipped', but that was obviously bs because it still hasn't shipped.

Yes. she is. my friend also received her last week

I got my Hammond Collection SDCC set a couple of weeks ago. I didn't get a shipping notification however, it just kind of showed up one day.
