Hasbro Customer Care courier

Does anyone know which courier Hasbro uses for customer service replacements (e.g. defective items being replaced)?

They told me "CNP" and gave a tracking number, but I can't find a place to use the number. My replacement is almost two weeks overdue, which is not a big deal, but I'd like to know where it is

If I remember correctly mt replacement came through Canada Post.
That was 2 years ago so they may have changed.

Thanks! The tracking number they gave me doesn't seem to work with Canada Post, so maybe they've switched couriers.

It has come to me with various carriers, however, most often is Canada Post.
