Before buying it I noticed that the hip joints might actually be only T crotch movement. Turns out you can spread the legs a slightly. The sculpt really looks good. The additional joints to this DC C figure is almost too good to be true.

I would like to quote a great toy collector that I know a.k.a. myself: "Any Batman figure that does not come with any batarangs is a crime..." lol

Joking aside. I like this DCC Designer series Batman more because the sculpts nice and it has great paint application where the Mattel version is more mass retail so the paint app is very limited. The DCC version is also based on the popular "Court of Owls" story arc.
The hip joint really keeps this Batman figure from being great but overall it's still an improvement than the T crotch we used to get.

I see. Thanks for the info! I was uncertain of the articulation and quality on them. It's nice that DCC decided to go with more articulation.

Got Hotwheels Retro Star Trek, Back to Future Pickup, Simon&Simon Chevy from WM. Hotwheels Snoopy, Civic, and mini from Save on Foods. Got the DCC Injustice 2pks for $5 each on sale at a LCS.
