Re: Marvel Legends discussion

I wait for rereleases too. Eventually they will make a sculpt of iceman that I like. So far it’s 0-4 in my opinion.
They’re due, lol

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

The retrocard Iceman wasn't that bad, I actually caved in and bought him when Gamestop had him on sale for $17. Although I've seen about 10 of those Icemans and they all had some kind of strange "crack" pattern in the plastic which was too distracting (the one I got had the crack but wasn't as blatantly visible as the others).

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

Got my retro carded Hobgoblin today and not really liking it. Hasbro was ridiculously lazy with this figure. The entire figure is reused parts and it has more issues than the first release from the Space Venom wave (like the glider not fitting on the feet at all). I understand that Hasbro wanted to stay close to the animation model, but the bare orange and blue plastic is pretty lame. Shocker was such an excellent figure and was so original, it makes this look like crap. Really disappointed with this because I was looking forward to it...

Yup, that's why I passed on Hobby, despite having wanted one for ages now. I'll just wait for a better one.

Just saw this, seems like the lowest price I've have seen of the Obadiah and Monger 2 pack at $77.99

in case people were looking for it at a cheaper price then retail.

I still have mine MOC. As well as the rest of the wave except for hammerhead. I opened that one. Hobby looks good but the reuse is lame. would have been great if they redid him pinless like shocker.

Honestly my favorite legends have been the villains. Red Skull, Lady Deathstrike, Retro Venom, Psycho man, High Evolutionary, Ultron, shocker, all awesome.

Yea those are all good figures. The only thing that sucks is Shocker doesn't have the lines painted in. Though that's easy enough of a fix with a sharpie
