Hasbro can be great but it's a double edged sword. Still good overall.
I got Valkyrie 2 pack with a minor defect on one of the heads and Hasbro sent me a new 2 pack which is super amazing as that just builds up the troops while the defect head is no big deal as the 2 pack has 3 heads total.
On the other hand I had a defect on my Mole Rat from Pulse and they had no more in stock so they sent me a random Joe fig, turned out to be Falcon... The positive is that I had very recently bought Falcon from Amazon and was able to return the sealed Falcon to Amazon for a refund, so beneficial but I still have a Mole Rat with a misaligned stomach pouch.
Overall they are great but there can be lousy experiences depending on available stock.
