You'd better go ask in-store. I returned a figure today unopened and the manager was explaining the return process to the trainee as they completed my transaction. He told her that a customer can return the item as long as it's unopened and accompanied by the receipt (also within 30 days of purchase). If the figure is legitimately broken or damaged, they will most likely exchange it regardless. So, definitely ask first just to clarify.

Re: Hasbro Power Rangers Lightning Collection Line
A few years ago I managed to exchange an opened Clone Wars Kenobi(2019 release) that had a paint defect so you should be able to exchange at the least.

Re: Hasbro Power Rangers Lightning Collection Line
Just opened my Blue Time Force Ranger/ Vector cycle set, and while the figure looks great, this pinless joint body mold has really loose joints. Anyone else having this issue with this figure or other LC figures using the pinless joint system?

You're very lucky, my Blue Time Force set wasn't so good. First my came from Amazon.ca and worst in a bubble baggy! The box was damaged and you can hear a rattling noise when you handle the box. I opened it because I was very concerned and the extra hand fell out of the paper bag of accessories and the windshield for the bike was packed along the figure causing white smearing all over the clear plastic part.

Damn, that sucks. Amazon is so stupid when it comes to their packaging choices. Like seriously, just use a box.
Hasbro's new "eco-friendly" packaging is also getting out of hand. The paper bag idea is terrible because figures are bound to get damaged this way and I can definitely forsee missing accessories because they can fall out easily.

Re: Hasbro Power Rangers Lightning Collection Line
Just wondering, did Lightning Collection Blue Centurion ever show up for preorder at Gamestop or Amazon. ca?
For Gamestop, does anyone have a sku?

Re: Hasbro Power Rangers Lightning Collection Line
I’ve only seen Blue Senturion listed at Walmart.ca, weirdly enough.
I opened my Remastered Blue Ranger and it had 2 of the same lightning effects, instead of 2 separate styles. I’ll have to exchange it now…

Re: Hasbro Power Rangers Lightning Collection Line
Just opened my Dino Fury Green Ranger and it doesn't have any issues with the head (i.e. neck popping off or visor seperating from the helmet). However, the black morpher did not come attached to the figures hand. So close to getting one that wasn't crap. Oh well, I'll just glue on the morpher, that's pretty easy.

Re: Hasbro Power Rangers Lightning Collection Line
My Dino Fury Green was good. My Beast Morpher Yellow though has the face printing printed a little too high on the face though. Looks weird.

Re: Hasbro Power Rangers Lightning Collection Line
My Green Ranger didn't have the head snap off or the missing helmet face but the belt wasn't centered on her waist. But a little elbow grease and determination it's centered back into place. Thank goodness they didn't glue the belt on. It is held on with friction
