Have my bases covered mostly with PayPal. Hoping my in stock goods get shipped as promised.

Use what protections you have be it PayPal or CC and make sure you have them ready and don't hesitate to pull the trigger. End of the day it's your hard earned money and all he has is words and sympathy...you have rights and don't get strung along until you can no longer take action.

I'm all for the benefit of doubt...but end of day my trust only goes so far.

It's been 8 days and still no response. I reached out to my CC company and already got credited for my orders that were not delivered. I really wanted to support this local business and they were extremely responsive at the beginning, but I guess it wasn't meant to be.

Looks like he's starting shutting down his social media accounts.

I got my reply today with my options. Hoping they come through. Got my backups ready to go otherwise.

Ah man, sucks to see another small business close up. This is not an easy business. Sucks that he decided to take this approach, I think it's the duty of a business to honor commitments even if they are shutting down.

Hope everybody can recover their money and get the goods they were expecting.

Not to make excuses, but one of the last updates I saw on Instagram was that he was getting hate messages on socials and I imagine they were just making a difficult time even more unpleasant. I, too, don't like seeing the socials shut down and hope we receive some e-mail updates with how the process is unfolding.

I get it. It's social media. People are keyboard warriors.

So long as email communication continues I won't be worried. It's just you know not ideal.
