I haven’t been so lucky yet. I was able to place an order for store pickup in Nepean, but that was the day before Ontario ordered all non essential stores closed. My order has been processing ever since. Patiently waiting to see what TRU will do..... will it remain processing until stores open again, or will the order eventually just be canceled?

Good luck. When I looked this morning all the Ottawa stores didn't have any in stock for pick up. One of the Gatineau stores did have it in stock for pick up.

I lucked out and got one on sale on the 20th. I paid but never got a shipping notice and then I got it in the mail yesterday. Still would have liked it for $32, but I still saved a few bucks and got free shipping too boot.

Have you called the store ? Order has probably been cancelled ages ago considering in store pick up is (should) still running you would've received a call if they were able to fill it.

Last weekend Red Hulk was popping up as in stock for pick up & snagged one. It was sitting in processing all week & I reached out to TRUs that if they could just cancel the order if they weren't going to fulfill the order. Then a TRUs employee called me and said he had one but since it was on sale, the best way to do this was to buy a TRUs egift card for the on sale price and then process it for store pickup today. Didn't hear from them so hope I didn't get scanned, but call display was a TRUs phone number.

Once again, shopped on toys r us. Dr. Doom was in stock minutes ago, added to cart, put in my info. When i was done i was told to update as it was out of stock. Theres no way stuff is selling out instantly like that so I assume the website is just broken. Very frustrating!

Walmart has glitches on their site and online inventory for awhile. I have tried to add other items previously which was in stock. When checking out, it doesn't process because the item is OOS.

I am still looking and hoping to pick up a grey suit black widow
