I was fortunate to get the Toys R Us Cyclops/Phoenix 2-pack back in the day. What I regret not getting is the comic book Spider-Man/Mary Jane 2-pack.

I'm just wondering if they'll ever reuse the mold to make a new version of Phoenix in her green/non-Dark Phoenix costume?

Also, they could easily re-release the Cyclops, either as a single carded or perhaps maybe as a 2-pack with a classic Angel?

Tony Stark though... there could be potentially so much more to explore with a Stark variant and new take on it.

Hell, I'd rather get a Variant T'Challa first. That should have happened in BP2.

Spider-Man NWH made it easy for general audiences to swallow the concept.

I'm sure they thought about a variant BP but felt it would be too soon to do that. Which I can understand. People loved Chad as BP. Replacing him early on would likely upset people. A Stark Variant would be possible at this point but do people want more iron Man right now?

I think after if all the reported controversy around the actress who plays Shuri during filming is accurate, then I could see Disney being eager to move on and replace her.



Which format that would be is up for debate (recast T'Challa, or replace her BP with another) but we'll have to wait and see how the sequel is received.

I don't know how well it'd gel with people and fans of the comics, but I'd love to see Winston Duke/M'Baku become Black Panther. M'Baku is such a great character - to have such a no-nonsense, badass dude become Black Panther would be awesome IMO.
