I have done a round of my blogs over the last few days and there is no more street date restriction. Stores are free to place items for sale. Would have been nice if the TRU I visited last week would have known that and I would have gotten some of the new Movie Hero items.

I just don't get all the "street date" hype for the recent Star Wars stuff.

If LFL had an actual new film coming out I could see it, but this 3D version doesn't seem like its worth the hype to me.

according to the latest from rebelscum, only the UK had the "street date" rescinded. The rest of us will have to wait until the end of the month.
