Guardians of the Galaxy, just got back from an IMAX screening, it was awesome! I was very surprised! I think this may actually top Avengers as my favorite Marvel movie. Everyone had stand out moments, but I think Rocket and Drax stole the show. Definitely check this one out on the IMAX! Where are the GotG MLs? I need them now!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014), caught a 2D showing over the weekend. Was pleasantly surprised by how much enjoyed! Origin was pretty good and actually didn't stray too far from the current comic run. Action was really good and it was funny. There's a great little easter egg for Arrested Development fans. The only negative I have (other than the turtles design) is that the CG on Splinter didn't look all that great when compared to everything else.

Kevin Eastman was right in saying that those of us with low expectations will be blown away by it. Well, maybe I wasn't blown away, but was very surprised by how enjoyable it was.

Season 2 of Young Justice new on Netflix

Interstellar (2014), caught this on the IMAX (highly recommended on seeing it on this screen). I really enjoyed it, all the space and scenery were very beautiful. The, uh, science does get a little complicated, but certainly got me and my friends chatting up a storm about what happened and how.
