By the honor of Grayskull

Finally got a chance to take some pics of She-Ra

I have to confess, as a kid I was more into Ninja Turtles than He-man but I did watched a couple of She-Ra episodes.

Thumbs up!

I really like the quality of MOTUC, I'm not a He-man fan but I did order She-Ra and paired her up with Catra. The ordering process actually wasn't that bad.

I really enjoying being able to pose She-Ra in two distinctive looks. The comb style axe looks really cool!

The eye holds are really accurate. Kudos to Mattel's production.

Inspired by those 1:6 figure shots. There's always a pic displaying full accessories. I called it a "what you see is what you get" shot.

At the end, a fully geared up She-Ra shot

Really nice photography, I regret not picking this one up for my MOTUC collection now.

Re: By the honor of Grayskull

Thanks man. I've been surfing too many Chinese forums to see people taking gorgeous pictures of their toys. I had to give it a shot. I'm using a normal digital camera though. Can't afford a DSL or other professional cameras.

It's strange that the culture in Asia and N. America is so different. People like to share whatever toys they bought and post pictures online where in N. America, you post your hauls and post pics for reviews but not much for general sharing.

I'd attribute this to laziness. Haha, at least it's laziness on my behalf.

Very nice pictures Cloud, seeing nice pictures like this with a regular digital camera gives me hope that i could one day take nice pictures like that. I have always thought about doing that and taking pictures of some of my favorite pieces, buuuuut like Hantei says, its all about Laziness....

She will be released as a version 2.0 this fall along with swift wind, she will have a completely new buck from the old version, so its worth checkign out if you dont already have her.

Re: By the honor of Grayskull

Laziness for me as well. I have more than 100 figures around and I think I only took pictures with 10 or them? Haha. I usually just set the characters in THE pose and wait for it to collect dust.

I'm waiting to see if She-Ra 2.0 will be shown in SDCC. It's taking Mattel a long time to show us a prototype of Swiftwind.
