And Python Patrol Tele-Viper & Cobra Flight Pod, Python Patrol Cobra Officer, Python Patrol Cobra Copperhead should arrive soon in Toysrus in Canada.

Well considering the emails from Pulse say to update your address by Friday November 24th, I would imagine that they will start shipping the following Monday. So hopefully the majority of us in North America will get the HISS before the end of the year. I'm sure there will still be some who don't get it until after the new year.

I do worry a bit about shipping these in the holiday rush when most services, including FedEx, are swamped. It can lead to delays, but what can we do?

I'll be glad to see the PP stuff since I have a $50 TRU gift card and that will take the sting out of purchasing some of them.

Dollarama has these snakes for $5

The body can detach with some force and it can balance on it's own, adding weight to the bottom would help.

The body will go back into the slot and hold if it was cleanly separated. Adding crazy glue will ensure it stays. Just in case you don't like the end result of separating then you have an option to restore it like new.

Makes for a decent cobra display accessory.

Spray painting it grey/stone or gold would likely look great

Just tossing out a display idea

Yeah they have been on my radar before for accessories, but I could never find them for a price I was comfortable with paying.

These will be fine as is. I'll just use them as pet snakes for Cobra Commander, or some kind of "pit" creatures to feed with Cobra prisoners/deserters.

do note that they are not bendy so the pose they come in is the pose you get.

mouth can move some but not fully close and the tongue can be pulled out or pushed back in to adjust length

body that stands up is hard plastic while the rest is rubber with some give but not much.

Yeah I remember thinking they were good, but limited when they first came out. Another reason why they weren't worth the initial price.

How is the mouth? It looks like there is enough room to possibly fit in a flame effect and make them fire-breathing, mutated snakes. Or ice, or acid, etc. etc.

picts will prolly tell you more than words will.

side and front profiles with mouth open and closed.

cigarette (pen width) and thumb to give an idea of size.

Yeah they should easily hold effect pieces with a little sticky tack, or worse case scenario glue. Though I imagine the same problem will arise with these as with other figures.....paint/chemical wear from the effect piece.

You can't leave the effect pieces in too long because they actually can negatively interact with the plastic of figures (and TFs) causing wear/distress and chemical breakdown.

You could maybe make custom effects using hot glue. It's pretty easy to make and opens up possibilities to making all sorts of things. Cost is low as well, all of it being available at dollarama.

heres a nice lil vid on it, results look all right.
