I don't think there is any official word whether or not the others will be Haulathon exclusives but as of right now there are no solicitations for any of the others on any other sites other than Target.com

So they're dual Haulathon and Target exclusive.. ? Again, just for now. I expect Fugitoid and the 2 pack to have a widespread release while the GiTD Muckman, Turtle 4 Pack and Fugitoid signed Eastman card will stay exclusive. But that's just my prediction.
