Those are also smaller figures, I don't think the cards are that much smaller granted,
but I think they used the space in the box pretty well and asking for carded or boxed additional figures is kind of silly.

I'm still waiting for the day they use their "titan hero" figure line sensibly and make cheap army builder sentinels.

It just shows the strength of the Marvel brand, after a succession of several strongly received films.
I don't think it's really fair to compare DC and Marvel films. Simply cause like you said, the stength of the Marvel brand is stronger than DC. DC is still trying to find a formula that works. Most people know going into an MCU film that it's going to be at least decent. DC has made too many mediocre films for people to reliably go out and watch every film released.

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

The Suicide Squad was also R rated, which means a smaller potential audience.

The TVC cards are the same size.

Maybe you consider it silly to want boxed figures, but this is a premium set, at a premium price. I was hoping they would do what previous Haslabs have done, but they didn't so I am disappointed. Honestly boxing the figures would be an extra expense, but a minor one at that. They already have the boxes, and inserts for the ML line, so the only additional expense would be the art for the boxes themselves. Considering they went the extra mile for the tiers I don't think the costing out of a box for the supplemental figures would have been a deal breaker for their margin. Especially since the final price would have included costing for all the tiers they offered. Then again knowing Hasbro they might have done a plain generic box instead so who knows. Of course it would change the dimensions of the box and cost of shipping as well.

Either way I can't wait for this to arrive, but I dread trying to find the space for it to be displayed because it is a beast. I just haven't made the time to sit down and reorganize my space, but once it arrives I'll have to buckle down.

Yea I've noticed Hasbro extremely lacks in package presentation when it comes to their haslabs. When paying the large sums they're asking for the least they can do is give backers quality packaging.
