photo and the first details for their S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball World Event Exclusive – Perfect Cell Exclusive Color Edition. The Dragon Ball Tour kicks off during San Diego Comic-Con 2018. This will be the first of seven total stops from Summer through Winter. The second stop will be Washington DC in August, with stops in New York, Toronto, Dallas and Portland to follow after.
