Have to give it a chance. Order is from April 2021.

EDIT: Looks like based on the last ETA of the item (Dec 2022), I'm 1 month out of date to open a dispute.

I think his business is effectively shuttered. He doesn't respond to Google reviews anymore, his Facebook is littered with people asking for help and going unanswered, and has barely put up pre-orders for new solicitations in 2023.

Of course, I can imagine a scenario where he goes quietly into the night because his tiny ego wouldn't allow him to come to terms with being a colossal fuck up of a human being. Rest in shit, NMC Toys.

Yeah. It's not looking good. It shows that he either doesn't give an F anymore of does not have agood relationship with distributors for new orders.... Which brings up the question about existing orders that he needs to fulfill.

Based on what I am seeing. I urge people to do charge backs, talk to the dispute department and look up any consumer protection laws in your province. THat's how I got my money back.

Whatever you ordered, its not coming. I ordered stuff from 2020 and later found out he never ordered anything from the manufacturer. I just ended up getting other in-stock item...its better than not getting anything at all.

I'm hoping to do that as well, but still waiting for a reply from him (emailing since January).
