Cal Kestis was already sold out by the time you posted, but still great for the rest. No returns, though, as they are on clearance.

I also found the Walmart Exclusive Aldhani Mission Cassian Andor on clearance for $21 at the LaSalle Walmart. I already have two, but another troop builder/custom fodder Imperial soldier is definitely worth it.

I believe Walmart allows returns on clearance items. Product page says "You can return this item within 90 days from the day you receive your online order."

On their FAQ page, under Exceptions header, it says:

"Final sale items

Prescription medication, Walmart gift cards, third party gift cards, prepaid phone cards, ammunition, fireworks, digital downloads, pierced earrings, special order jewelry, photo custom services, underwear or items that include underwear, swimwear when hygiene liner is removed, sexual wellness items, family planning products, Clearance items (with the exception of Walmart private brands), trading & collecting cards, annual live plants, and bulk landscaping products 100lbs+."

It's YMMV with clearance. Yes those are the rules for clearance but I find you can return it 95% of the time without issues. Just depends who you get at Customer Service.

Not that I plan to return them, since I'm a completist with Black Series, but there's something about being able to return an item that I find somehow comforting. Maybe I'm a commitment-phobe…
