I was looking for let's go Pikachu and we've played over the week since I had a coupon for buy 2 get 1 free. I called Bolton GameStop and they asked if I wanted to send it to another store.

Apparently my GS has one in stock. I guess I'll go scope it out tomorrow.

Answering my own question, "Star Wars Convention Exclusive 5" is actually Admiral Ackbar in the retro Kenner deco and card, which was officially announced at London Comic Con this past weekend. Preorders will be up on Pulse On November 1st or 2nd, but GameStop has a street date of November 2nd. They already had a bunch in the back room at my local store, waiting for Wednesday.

Also, zero word on if GameStop will be getting Paz Visla at all, so I guess I'm getting hosed with Pulse's shipping?

As of now, officially, no. Maybe it'll turn up at GameStop, but I doubt it. It should have been in the system by now, but you never know.

I suppose you could get the Marvel Legends Happy Hogan & Ironmonger set (and for relatively cheap, these days), and just use the head on the regular Paz figure's body. Only difference I can see is the Happy Hogan head doesn't have a goatee. Though, knowing Hasbro, they probably changed the peg hole size on purpose just to prevent that...

I had a preorder of a BS6 figure cancelled from Best Buy, so I guess they're either getting 1 case for all of Canada or received none. Just typical BB these days. But they sent a $5 electronic coupon. LOL

^ it was Aayla with an order for the cheaply priced Everything Everywhere BD way back when that released which also did not ship, so waiting several months for nothing to arrive generated $10 in coupons.
