Oof. I don’t mind paying the $30 they charge, but that’s a bit greedy.

Re: McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse toyline

Can I get your opinions on something? I originally had absolutely no intention of buying the blue animated Batman redeco. It wasn’t even on my radar. However, now that I’ve seen it, i find its really growing on me. I didn’t like the original version because I found that it didn’t capture the look of the source material closely enough and I have several DCC versions. I find the striking blue on this redeco turns the figure into something unique, almost like it was a preliminary design from BTAS. Do you see where I’m coming from on this? Thanks in advance for your input.

The whole Dark Knights Metal line is up. Just search up "Dark Knights Metal". It's a bit scattered throughout the pages, but keep skipping through and you'll see the 4 of them.

Re: McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse toyline

Amazon is showing a release date for these of August 15, which is clearly wrong. Strange that no other stores seem to have these up for pre-order, including US Amazon.
Still, I pre-ordered these as well. Definitely won't find them cheaper anywhere else - who knows, maybe Amazon.ca will actually deliver them at some point.

I mean, if it 'works' for you on any level, grab it! I get where you're coming from - it's not 'canon' but I feel like it's an acceptable alternative take on it. I'm sure if the animated series or JLU had continued this look would have appeared at some point.

Actually, Mattel released a version of Batman in this colour scheme in the JLU line, so if that helps tip the scales for you...
