Hey guys I just emailed Hasbro about this issue about the Helmet visor with the missing outline or black paint around the red visor. I also sent them a photo of my original EB Games receipt and photos of the figure and helmet and box art. I wanted to do a live chat but because of work I was unable to call them or speak to a representative over the phone. Is emailing not as effective as a live chat or a phone call?

Has anyone received their replacement Helmet yet?

You don't need to do live chat. All they asked me for was a picture with the reference number of the customer support case written on a piece of paper a long with the figure. After a couple of days they asked for my mailing address. Once I gave that they responded again after a couple of days saying that my replacement is confirmed and they'll be shipping replacements out at the end of the month. You guys just gotta be patient. You aren't the only one they have to attend to. They will get back to you.
