Would the original release Beast still hold its high value now that the labcoat version is coming out? It seems to be the same exact figure but with a labcoat and glasses, basically, unless there's something I've overlooked.

I might be the only fan of plastic free packaging. I hated throwing away ML boxes, because they were often covered in beautiful artwork. The new packaging is mostly soulless digital renders, and I toss it without a second thought.

Plus, now I don't have to spend 15 minutes in the toy aisle evaluating which Spiderman has the best paint apps (only to get home and discover I bought the one with two left feet).


Pricing continues to be the primary buzz-killer for me. I can't spoil myself with a toy while out shopping for dish soap anymore. Random $40+ dollar purchases add up too quickly, and I'll end up skipping figures I want because of how much I've already spent.

this doesn't even work, I tried it to get some Joe figures and they said sorry, not applicable because of blah blah blah, can't apply it because of this and that, and I was spending over 100 dollars, TRU is garbage water, won't even honour their coupons.
