Re: Masters of the Universe Origins discussion

Good to hear. I'm I the same boat with Wun-Dar, where I can't track the shipment and have zero sense of where it is, but hope it will show up soon.

Re: Masters of the Universe Origins discussion

Was it ordered on the same day as the SDCC exclusives or earlier?
Doesn?t the tracking kick in when it?s turned over to Canada post ? It?s been quite a while since I ordered anything from the states

Kol Darr was up for order 1-2 months ago.

Yeah I don't really know because I don't really follow the tracking anyway. I know that if you use the mail service (not UPS/FedEx/DHL) they do hand off and tracking through their respective websites is the way to go, but I don't really remember with Mattel Creations.

Has any one found a Masterverse Sun Man and Battle Armor He-man for Pre-Order?

Re: Masters of the Universe Origins discussion

I noticed on Walmart.ca that Masterverse figures are now $34.97. Origins figures (not that they ever seem to have any in stock online) are now $22.97. Things are getting ridiculous.

An $8 price increase for Origins? Things ARE getting ridiculous. I need to find a new hobby

Well to be fair to Walmart (yeah that sounded wrong coming out of my mouth), they were below "retail" pricing for regular Origins figures for the last 2 waves.

Even in the States most places are now $19US and up for regular Origins figures. So $15Cdn was already less than the original US pricing. It was bound to happen sooner or later.

But yeah, and $8 increase (more than 50%) is insane to pull in one fell swoop.

I suddenly feel much better about my $24.97 Flying Fists He-Man on Prime Day.

If that price increase is retroactive to their existing pegwarmers like Evil-Lyn and Fisto, then those figures are never going to get off the pegs to clear the way for any new waves.
