You can also avoid a company called "Precision Shipping" which screwed me out of a Star Wars purchase way back in December 2020. They were hired by Walmart.ca for the XMas season.

I don't even know if I will get my money back. I tell ya, this pandemic has really cursed my hobby.

Take your invoice to TRU, show them the document saying that your item is being returned to sender. You should be able to get your money back. Yea the pandemic really messes things up sadly .

I actually did that today. Didn't help though. They just said wait a few more days for Head Office to do something.

That sucks... TRU has really went down hill sadly and employee's don't seem to be much help unfortunately. I walked in my local TRU a week ago, right at the entrance way there was a group of teenage employee's bouncing around a ball with each other.. and another employee throwing a ball at the wall and catching it. Was the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen.

Lol yup. You know the one. I don't know what happened to that location. It was never like that years ago. It's just sad.

They're probably bored out of their minds. I've been to two TRUs since the price increase and the traffic seems to have died down since the price hikes.

That doesn't surprise me...

Management isn't what it used to be apparently...i used to roll my eyes at my bosses for it but we all know there's always something to do at work lol

It's so slow at some of my schools I support lately i've seen the office assistants colouring or playing games on their phones or sleeping.

Covid changed things I guess.

Re: Star Wars Black Series discussion

Maybe they don't want to grow up, cause they are Toys R Us kids?
