Pretty sure I picked it up at TRU when it came out. It didn't hang around long on shelves.

That Mando set was a very difficult to get TRU exclusive. I tried exceptionally hard to get one but never did thanks to TRU receiving a tiny amount per store, and I'm not sure how many were ever offered on their website but it wasn't much I'd guess since it came out during the height of the pandemic and the lockdowns.

Jedha Patrol troopers were at GS today, first time I've seen them in a store here.
