How can we usually tell if something from EB Games is being charged? Besides checking credit card. Waiting for a few new gaming greats to be in stock.

You're not charged til the order is shipped.

3/3 on QC issues with the last BS6 I've opened:

Umbra shoulder pad fell off, loose foot.
Carbonized Bike Scout one loose arm, one tight one, loose foot.
Carbonized Scarif loose chest.

Not sure how to tighten some of these... which is egregious especially at ~$40 each now.

Anyone else checking there GameStop online transactions? I just noticed my previous orders have been cancelled, and now the same figures show up in store or back up online with new price point. Very similar to Amazon lately. All pre ordered at 33.99, now all are 35.99

Client cancelled - found in store
Omega cancelled - went back up online
Echo cancelled - not available online, could re order in store

Check if your credit card info is okay. Could be they tried charging your card, and it didn't go through. If you recently got a new card, you have to update your orders with the new "valid until" date. Or perhaps some automated fraud detection by the card issuer

My orders all seem fine, at the moment, but I just received my new card, and I have been dreading how long it will take to update all of my pre-orders...

Also, call GS customer support. They are actually quite nice and helpful. Although if your orders are already canceled, there may not be much they can do.

I checked all of my Gamestop preorders just now and thankfully none of them are listed as cancelled.

After they quietly cancelled my Marvel Legends Symbiote Spidey without calling me, I get very angsty when I hear anything that suggests my preorders are not coming.

Pro tip: Always have a backup pre-order. Either in-store, or with Amazon. Even those backups may not come through, but better to spread the risk, especially if there's no up-front charge.

Yeah I’ve updated all that. I’ve also been getting random orders in from them also that I preordered last year. Just thought it was strange that orders are partially cancelled or full out cancelled. It claims on the full cancellation is by vendor than all of a sudden it?s back up on the website new price. Ie client and omega.
