The pics were from toynewsi.com and I think there's a good chance the figure will come out in Canada. There was no mention of it being an exclusive.

Not that I know of. The two photos were recently just posted on toynewsi.com.

Amazon.ca has the batman hush 2 pack in stock. Not sure if it has the fixed elbows yet.
