Yeah he is, 2011 wave 2. And Zellers has been getting 2011 stuff and putting it out. They also had the new Mace Windu there too.

A new loose image of a Clone Wars Geonosian Warrior surfaced today, to be released in an up-coming Target 2-pack. Thanks to Jedi Defender for passing this on!
We also have a nice shot from Rebel Scum of the MOC Clone Wars Clone Trooper Draa and all his asorted weapons while doing battle on Geonosis...
