How did you contact them? I emailed about a defective ZAP dragonzord and got a short return to us email. Which I refuse to do.
I'm wondering if call will get a better result.

I used their web form at:

The email route does not seem to be as responsive, because I emailed the HP email about a damaged box Tonkanator TF and they only replied to that today asking for more images.

That's what I used too, I just called it email because the response went to my email.

Amazon was supposed to deliver Mando Luke today, then cancelled it outright. Gotta love them! I have never had a figure through .ca successfully delivered when preordered.

Not sure why you would do preorders through Amazon if they always cancel on you. Gamestop is much more reliable and also offers free shipping. Gave up on Amazon years ago.
