Yeah, me too. It being a sequel and reboot is kind of weird though. I guess we will have to see how it turns out.

I'm looking forward to it, and have tried not to read too much about it for spoiler reasons. Hopefully it will add a new dimension to the the story, and thus make me appreciate the first film more.

I'm going to go ahead and guess that President Zartan pardons Cobra Commander and decommissions GIJoe, or at least takes away their laser guns. Hence forth, we get the more realistic military feel as opposed to cartoony/sci-fi, and a good story reason for it too.

From what we've seen in the trailer, I think that may be the case.
