I'm thinking they are receiving solid cases of each character that's also why we were all able to order each character separately.
The Deadpool wave was the same way.
Usually ML just come up as the whole wave and I have to order 8 just to hopefully get a case.

Ebgames systems have been updated to allow for single figures to be ordered for all lines of figures not just Legends

Kingpin is a Fan Channel it's not a store exclusive it should be at EB and Local Comic Shops, as for Moon Knight nobody knows yet, and Silver Centurian is coming to EB

Don't think the item number is available yet. The Marvel team from Hasbro has just announced and confirmed that yesterday in their Fan First live stream.
