Got my Mindbender the other day from overseas. Here's some pics.

The box is very nice and there's a half sleeve and then the two sides open up.






I only wanted the Mindbender with his basic accessories so I only took out what I was going to use. I haven't removed the other accessories yet. There are no Cobra logos on him anywhere.




He has a hole on his belt to peg in the canister. Cape is not wired.

Mindbender looks very nice but I would be ok with just a non deluxe version of him.

He looks cool but a non-deluxe version would suffice for me as well. If we new for certain a non-deluxe version was in the pipeline, i'd cancel my pre-order. You'll need a little toy table to display all his accessories. I do wish they put the silver cobra logo on the back of the cape.

If I knew there was a non-deluxe version, I would wait for that. Maybe that's why they won't tell us. I haven't even removed the extra stuff from the box cause they way you see Mindbender in my pics was all I cared for.

This is Hasbro we are talking about, of course there will be a regular retail release of Mindbender, even if they haven't mentioned it yet.



Hell look what happened with the ML exclusive Mojo set. A regular retail version of Mojo has already been found at retail in the US, before the exclusive is even shipped. Then they also revealed a Retro carded Longshot!!! So basically the only real exclusive to that Mojo set is the static Baby Wolverine figure, and the packaging. Longshot, Dazzler and Mojo can all be purchased at retail. Well not Dazzler anymore, but her secondary market price isn't higher than retail anyway.


Anyway, yes there will be a retail Mindbender, most likely in 2023, or 2024 at the latest.

I think I might have to wait for the shirtless ripped psychopathic orthodontist to be cheaper. Exclusives should be rarer characters like a Dr. Venom and Kwinn 2 pack.
