The sculpt on these guys are usually a miss.
I dont think Hasbro can top off Marvel Select's Juggernaut IMO

Re: Marvel Legends 2012

Unless Hasbro does a BAF of Juggie, the Select version will be the one battling my x-men legends. I wonder what they have up their sleeves for future BAF's? As I mentioned, I'm hopeful for Lockjaw and the rest of the Inhumans for that matter, but I think that may be a long time in coming.

A Lockjaw and Inhuman series would need a 3rd FF movie based on the Inhuman Saga. Still my number one wish wave.

Re: Marvel Legends 2012

Seeing as how Hasbro will no doubt keep releasing Spider-Mans, I'd like to see:
- 2099
- Scarlett Spidey (Ben Reily)
- Iron Spider-Man (the current mold, that's been reused, is a little weak)

Others I'd like to see:
- Bleeding Edge Iron Man
- Jim Lee Cyclops (to go with Jim Lee Jean Grey)
- Scarlet Witch (it's the right time)

Makes you wonder why they're not restocking, despite the fact that they all sold out so fast.

Re: Marvel Legends 2012

Has anyone noticed the price of Big Time Spider-man on ebay? Why the jump to double the retail cost? I am still waiting for my wave 2 shipment and I'm getting worried the company I ordered from will ship me the variant (which I already picked up from my LCS). I wonder what makes this spidey more valuable. Just tell me I'm over analyzing k?

Re: Marvel Legends 2012

The reason Big Time Spidey is more expensive is because he, along with Masked Daken have yet to ship anywhere (seemingly) in North America. So far, all that NA has received are FF Spidey and unmasked Daken, and so those collectors who are really eager for them are paying big bucks to get them early. There's no reason to worry though, it's probably only a matter of time before those 2 become widely available (well, a bit longer for us of course) as well as their variants.

On a side note, still have never seen MLs in any store (other than LCBSs) over here.

Re: Marvel Legends 2012

Thanks for that. The only ML's in the Peg(retail) were 2 cases of wave 1 for each of our two TRU's. I know that the one closest to me has a pile of employees who want them too. They ran out before TRU had a 25% off marvel sale, and haven't been seen since. I've been hitting my local WM every day, but nothing yet in the news of wave 2. I haven't been to zellers in a while, because after a month of regular checking, not a single line had new or even restocked figs. Our LCBS's here are usually good for stock, but why not save a few bucks when you can.

Re: Marvel Legends 2012

Have any of my fellow Legend-aires ordered and received their case(s) of wave 2 yet? I pre-ordered mine and was told shipment would be in May, and that's what my receipt says. i just browsed their site and now it says March. Hmmmm, eh?
