I just called EB Games and they said they can't find this item for pre-order. Could the SKU be wrong. I usually get my 9 and 4 mixed up, well that's just me.

 I just called two random stores and they both confirmed this is the item number.

Sounds like it might not be preorderable (is that a word?) yet thought maybe that’s the problem ?

You are correct the number is right but all the stores I called today said it is not pre-orderable!

Pre-Orders were opened September 20. Now that they are closed it means they'll be released soon.

You are also correct! The stores I called also said that the pre-order may be closed and the product might be shipping soon to stores very very soon. Hopefully before the end of this month would be nice

Anybody order Retro Storm recently off of Amazon.ca? Trying to figure out how this works, shipped today and due to arrive tomorrow (ordered Thursday). But according to their tracker the it is in Georgetown, California. Wondering if anyone else experienced this and is there any way it can actually get delivered in Ontario tomorrow?

You either bought from a third part seller or they shipped from their US warehouse, which happens sometimes.
