Oh I expect nothing less, 49.99 almost seems like it would be a deal at TRU these days.
I really wish TRU would stop partnering with Hasbro for the Target Exclusives, TRU knows they have zero interest in actually catering to collectors, not sure why they keep the charade going, no pre-orders, random and bad distribution. Just give Target exclusives to Gamestop already.

Hasbro isn't interested in doing us any favours. They want to make the most money possible, and if that means signing a guaranteed exclusivity deal with Toys R Us, then that's what they'll do. And TRU needs those exclusives to get us crazy collectors into the store, because we definitely won't go there for their low prices.
For anyone who hasn't seen them yet, here are pics of the Target exclusive Ant-Man (new sculpt from the Vintage packaging one) and Tracksuit Mafia (from the Disney+ Hawkeye series), which will probably be carried by Toys R Us in Canada.
I need a Drax but want him with his look from the other films, not this one. Also need a Mantis head for the old BAF so hopefully this one fits. Cosmo is a neat figure but lame as a BAF.
Wow look at the utter lack of accessories for Adam Warlock and Mantis. Rocket gets one and Drax gets two tiny ones, of which they look to be the exact same mold just used twice. Same for Star Lord.
I get the feeling this will be common for new ML waves going forward. Little to no accessories but still increasing prices.
Overall a good wave, and I love that Cosmo found a way into ML, even if it is as a BAF for the movie version. Unfortunately the MCU is not a big want for me so I'll probably skip this wave. Although I guess that is fortunate for my wallet.
