It was also a really awkward choice too. Basically Agent Venom is one per case along with the rest of Amazing Spiderman 2 series.
So for 1 Agent Venom figure the store is stuck with a case of old figures that people already got.

That was the way everyone thought it would be before the Agent Venom actually shipped. However, once they were out in full force it was found that the figure shipped in an individual cardboard display rack that clipped directly onto Walgreen's shelf like a side endcap. It held around 18 Agent Venoms. I know this for a fact because I found them In Michigan when they came out. Every Walgreens received these shippers more than once. During the day that I actually found the figure I went to 5 different Walgreens and every store had a displayer.

I would guess that the best chance to see one would be a Marvel Select version, since they have done action figures from Marvel movies made by Fox in the past (i.e. The Wolverine).
But a Marvel Legends Deadpool (on an updated body!) would be most, most welcome!

Of course it does, already been to TRU twice this past weekend lol. 
I guess it's time to finally grab one of these, before they get cleaned out by scalpers and marked up higher than the original price...sigh.

I don't think that will happen.
I picked up one this morning at Victoria Park/Lawrence TRU. They had a bin near the front door, another down the action figure aisle, and a bunch on the shelf. I would say I saw at least 45 sets at this one location.
I think it will end up like the original X-men set from last year. Even with bog sales they have so much stock it will sit on shelves for a long time.
