Received several NECA Predators and the Hot Toys Superman from Marcio at Super Power Collectibles!!! SUPER FAST SHIPPING! Ordered on Thursday and received today. This is my first Hot Toys too...and probably not my last ...even the packaging is amazing

No display room for him now so this will suffice for now.

Received my D-arts Metabee today.
Also received a random figure I have no interest in (Figuarts Gokai Yellow) instead of the one I was looking forward to (Figuarts Lost Ankh)...Feels bad man.

Picked up this MU Scarlett Spider clear variant from my local comic book shop for the same price as a regular MU figure...not jacked up like most specialty shops.

NICE, JTCh! My Superman is sitting at the post office right now. Girlfriend decided sleep was more important than answering the door when the mailman came by. I have no idea where I'm gonna store mine when I get it.

Meanwhile, got this from HLJ's sale: (Nothing better than getting valkyries at 40% off! )

Yay! Got my Hot Toys Superman from Super Power Collectibles! Man this BIG! (that's what she said).

Incredible likeness. I'm not sure if I am 100% sold on Hot Toys just yet, but I now feel like I need Batman.







I had absolutely NO room for this toy, except at the very top of one of my shelves. I guess it figures that Superman would tower above us all.



EDIT: I noticed that the Dark Knight figure is pretty expensive on ebay. Maybe I'll wait for a Dark Knight Rises version.

Are these Hot Toys figures more like a doll like say my really old Mego Spider-Man figure, or an oversized action figure like the Marvel Legends?

I would really love this Superman.

I would say a hybrid of the 2. Articulated plastic body with clothes made of real cloth or rubber. Figures like iron man are just made of plastic, but have LEDs built within them.

The draw is the detail that is put into them. Much better than any doll
