That takes some major balls for someone to do that. Like one or two may be fine, but 7!? The the WM staff not even question who would get 7 of the same toy?

guy probably scored the entire wave at winners and pulled one over on walmart and returned them and doubled his money in store credit. That or looted all the BAF parts and replaced them with Transformers fodder and still made money.

There should be a thread for all the BAF looted figure sightings, I see at least one every time I'm in a walmart. I even remember someone at TRU returned a Spiderman classics figure inside the packaging for a Carnage figure (this one goes way back to the begining of the "Infinite" line). It drives me mad, so many times I have had the final figure from a wave in my hand only to notice "oh hey, the BAF part has been swapped out".

It was a mix of both waves.

How great would have it been if you asked the guy straight up, in front of the WalMart staff, if he knew about them being on sale at Winners?

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

I used to, but that was not a day to pick a battle with my lil one beside me. I've told Walmart service before of price discrepancies and even figure switching. Most times I get a blank stare!

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

Yeah, I think we have all seen that look before.

In other news, I'm officially a Marvel Legends whore. Apparently for $10 I'll buy any character, regardless if I know if them or not. Machine Man? Sure! Blizzard? Alright! Sentry? Who ever that is... why not! In fact, much like a few people here, I'm one Captian America away from having my 4th BAF...

Thanks Winners?

These kind of deals make me feel young again...a time way back when action figures were under $10.
