Re: Marvel Legends discussion

Just got an automated call from FedEx that I have a package that requires a signature, along with a tracking number.

It will be delivered by end of day tomorrow (Tuesday). So I am hoping that it is Galactus, don't know what else it could be.

FedEx just called me and said I have a package on the way that requires a signature. But I've not gotten an email and I don't have anything else I'm aware of coming from FedEx.

Even checking my account on pulse shows it being unfulfilled, not shipped yet.
No emails at all, even checked my spam folder. Still nothing saying it was delivered.

I got the automated call from FedEx too, but I had no idea what was going to be delivered needing a signature. I assumed it was something else until I saw the delivery guy pulling out a large box with Hasbro?s logo on it

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

For anyone who hasn't seen these pics yet, there were recent leaked pics of upcoming Blob and Ronan the Accuser figures (which are assumed to be deluxe figures).

There's also the official photo of Pretty Boy (from the Reavers), which will be a part of the upcoming X-Men themed 5-pack box set that also includes Stryfe, Vertigo (from the Marauders/Savage Land Mutates), Random and Zero (from the Mutant Liberation Front).

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

Sorry for this comment being a "downer": I would recommend that people check if their Galactus figure's light-up features work. (You need to install a total of four AAA batteries (2 within the head and 2 within the upper-back) then click on the applicable activation switches.) I watched a Youtube video of a guy in the United Kingdom who was very enthusiastic about showing off his Galactus figure to everyone, only to find out near the end of his "first impressions" review that his copy is defective. (Poor guy: His Galactus can light up in the chest but not in the head.)

Man that is crap. It seems to be a recurring problem with the ML Haslabs so far. The Sentinel with his knee problem, and I have seen a few reports now of the Nova figure being tight to the point of breaking at the neck (for one person at least).

I'm pretty sure I remember somebody had the same problem with the Sentinel (lights not working) and they were SOL. Hasbro basically told them there was no overstock for defects, so it was too bad, or return it for a refund.

I guess the only thing with the lights defect is that at least it isn't something that is a necessity of the figure. I mean I haven't used the lights on my Sentinel since that first month I had him last year. The same will happen with Galactus I'm sure.

Still they should be making it right, not blowing customers off, so hopefully that person gets satisfaction.
