Dude, that sucks about the hand. How did it break? Figmas are notoriously delicate. You have to handle them like brittle glass sometimes.

The legs (around the knee area) are 'soft' and look like they're going to break if bended the wrong way, but I'm not disappointed with my purchase. It's a damn good figure.
