At the time, it seemed like this was just an all-new license being granted for Spin Master to produce items for kids. But, on the 24th, news began to circulate that this was a much larger issue for Mattel, and fans » Continue Reading.

Wow, that is surprising news if Spin Master actually does get the rights DC "action figures".

Wonder what Mattel is going to do next?

As the picture above suggests.... cry?

If this means Spin Master can do some good quality 4" SA figures, I will be spending a lot of cash on them.

From reading the suggestions, Mattel is waiting for hasbro to lose a bunch of licensing from there toy lines. However little does Mattel know Hasbro will be owned by Disney by the end of 2019! Lol

Dear plastic gods, why? I mean, I completely understand Mattel losing their license. I can’t find a single DC Multiverse figure in stores anywhere. Not Walmart. Not Toys R Us. I see those weird Val Kilmer Batmans, but none of the blue box build a figure style figures. And with Aquaman killing it in the box office they’re losing a ton of market potential. But... f***ing Spinmaster?!? We lost out on half the Voltron line because of those knuckle dragging derpity derps. Not to mention how poor the distribution gets on the TMNT stuff. And that’s just the stuff they distribute. I don’t even know if they make any of their own stuff.

And sweet Lord Cheesus, Mattel would butcher the Marvel Legends line. Just... no.
